FAQ

What is your screening process?

We provide a complimentary meet and greet to answer any questions you may have, go over training goals for you and your dog, and assess leash skills and behavior. After our assessment, we will discuss next steps. If we think your dog is ready to join pack walks, we will then set up a pack walk evaluation. If we believe your dog may need some fine tuning before joining the pack, we offer private leash manner/intro to pack walking sessions.

How do I know if my dog is a good fit?

We offer meet and greets to assess if we're a good fit for your dog, and vice versa. Our program is more than just dog walking. We pride ourselves in quality over quantity, and we will only take on dogs that we believe will benefit our pack in a positive way. This also helps us ensure safety and healthy socialization among our pack.

What if my dog doesn't have good leash manners?

We offer an "Intro to Pack Walking" package that includes a minimum of 4 training sessions where we focus on a better relationship with your dog, leash manners, and whatever else needs some fine tuning!

How many days a week should I schedule my dog to walk with you?

We require your dog pack walks with us at least 2x a week. Dogs crave routine. This gives us the opportunity to build trust and connection with your dog and creates balance and consistency among the pack.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unforeseen events come up, that's just a part of life. If you need to cancel a walk on any given day, we just ask that you let us know by 8pm the day before the scheduled walk.

How many dogs will be in your care at a time?

Safety is #1. Our extensive screening process and professional experience allow us to safely care for and navigate up to 1o dogs at a time.

What days do you offer pack walks?

We currently offer pack walks on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fri/Sat/Sun

How long can I expect my dog to be with the pack?

Including pick-ups and drop-offs, we typically have your pup for 2-3 hours depending on your location and the day. We start pick ups between 10-12PM, and drop offs are usually between 1-3pm. *Weather is a factor and can alter pick up/drop off times*
